This form must be completed and approved by the Compliance Office prior to the purchase of any new recruiting and/or scouting service subscriptions.
The NCAA now requires that any recruiting or scouting service purchased by a member institution meet the requirements of Bylaw 13.14.3. These terms are outlined on the form – please verify before you bring the form to the Compliance Office that the service you are interested in subscribing to meets all of these requirements.
