A step-by-step guide for how to fill out a travel form via desktop and mobile application is listed below;
Step 1: Call Anthony Travel at 877-284-2254 or email Mark Stanley for flight options.
Step 2: Select flight and contact Anthony Travel to book flight, hotel, and rental car reservations.
Step 3: Complete Travel Form on TeamWorks after flight is booked with appropriate travel and recruiting information. See instructions for completing a travel form on TeamWorks below.
**NOTE* - A Travel Form must be completed on TeamWorks and submitted with an expense report in order to be reimbursed.
