Women In Economics: Stacey Tevlin

Stacey Tevlin (’90) is the Director of the Division of Research and Statistics at the Federal Reserve Board.  As the head economist at the Fed, she oversees analysis, forecasting, and research related to the domestic economy and financial markets.  She is responsible for briefing central bank policy makers on the U.S. economic outlook.

Stacey will talk to students about her role at the Fed, how the Fed makes monetary policy and how it has adapted since the crisis. She will also talk about her experience as an Economics major at Northwestern.
