During a January visit to the Paradise Valley Country Club in Arizona, Feinberg School of Medicine Dean Lewis Landsberg updated alumni on changes to the medical school campus. In May Landsberg visited with Los Angeles-based alumni at the Shutters Hotel on the Beach in Santa Monica.

At Alumni Weekend 2005, April 15-16 in Chicago, alumni and their guests enjoyed the reunion ball at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago and a Field Museum tour. They also attended presentations by alumni and faculty on malpractice, stem cell research and genetics. Alumni Weekend 2006 is set for April 21-22.

As part of the medical school's 2005 Commencement events, the Medical Alumni Association hosted the entire graduating class for lunch at the Signature Room on the 95th floor of the John Hancock Center May 19 and co-hosted the reception immediately following the Commencement ceremony at Navy Pier May 20.
