GSRC Leadership Program
1 Week + 3. Authentic Leadership Starts Here.
The GSRC Leadership Program is designed for first-year students who aspire to lead at Northwestern. Through the 1 Week + 3 experience, participants will gain practical tools, valuable resources, and hands-on learning opportunities to develop their leadership skills and confidence. By the end of the program, students will be able to demonstrate and articulate authentic, inclusive leadership practices that positively impact their communities, both at Northwestern and beyond.
The one-week immersive experience combines a series of evening sessions focused on self-discovery with a weekend retreat dedicated to building meaningful relationships and community. Three additional workshops explore justice and ethics, strategy and reasoning, and executing change. Together, these experiences equip students to lead with authenticity, integrity, and impact.
