The GSRC Newsletter is a weekly digital email to all those that sign-up to receive updates on LGBTQIA+ events on campus. While the target audience is always Northwestern students, alumni, NU employees, and community members are welcome to join the mailing-list. The newsletter comes out every Monday during the academic year.

How to Advertise with Us
Newsletter: Please complete the form below by Friday at 5pm to be considered for the next week's newsletter! Materials for the GSRC newsletter must specifically be for LGBTQIA+ students. All request are subject to review. Please ONLY upload square image files for your submissions.
Instagram Post: Please complete the form below by Friday at 5pm to be considered for the next week's Newsday Tuesday post on Instagram! Materials for the GSRC instagram must specifically be for LGBTQIA+ students. All requests are subject to review. Please ONLY upload square image files for your submissions. If you are hoping to post more than one image in a post, please submit through the form below the first image, then email all images to GSRC@northwestern.edu (email subject: GSRC IG Extra Images, with the title of your opportunities in the text body of the email so we can match your images with your submission)
Instagram Stories Share: Tag @gsrc_nu or DM our account with the post you want shared. Please note this account is only regularly checked 9-5pm during the week M-F.
Physical Fliers: Bring the flier to GSRC. Ask an Office Assitant or GSRC staff member for a pushpin, or bring your own. Post the flier on the designated "Events and Oppportuniites" board near the front door of the GSRC or the movable glass whiteboards in the student exhibition lounge. All fliers anywhere else in the space will be taken down. All fliers are subject to removal by GSRC staff at any time.
Physical Handouts: If you have hand out materials you want to make available in GSRC for students, please leave them at the GSRC front desk with "Attn: Matt" on it. They will be reviewed and determined where you place in the space based on upcoming usage/reservations of the space.
