Budget Transformation
Over the 2017-2018 academic year, the Office of the Provost, in partnership with the Office of Budget and Planning, has taken several steps to bring transparency and clarity to the University’s planning and budget processes. As part of these changes, the University is transitioning to a new budgeting approach, termed Budget Transformation, to provide a more comprehensive understanding of school/unit and the University budgets and to enable more thoughtful and strategic long-term financial planning.
