One Book One Northwestern, the podcast

The book is just the beginning. Our podcast follows Wildcats having engrossing conversations, on campus and beyond, about this year’s One Book, Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly. Brought to you by The Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications and One Book One Northwestern, the podcast can be found on iTunes or SoundCloud. This will allow you to access new episodes automatically. We will also have all the podcasts posted on the website.

This year’s podcast episodes were createed by sophomore Baylor Spears—a Medill student from Knoxville, Tennessee. She is majoring in journalism and political science, and interested in audio journalism. Baylor is a reporter for WNUR News where she covers local Evanston and Northwestern News. She is also involved with ResilientNU as a facilitator and board member. She will be working on the OneBook podcast for the year, and can’t wait to start exploring themes of the book by covering different events and hearing from people all across campus!

Every quarter we will post three new podcasts spotlighting One Book events.
