The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a program for faculty and staff, is a network of services, including short-term counseling, to help you and your household family members cope with everyday life issues.

Nutrition Consultations

Schedule an appointment for a one-on-one nutrition consultation. These free 30 minute consultations can assist you with setting realistic nutrition goals and provide tips toward future progress.

Mental Health First Aid

This evidence-based training helps participants identify, destigmatize, understand and respond to signs of mental challenges, enabling those trained to offer concrete support.
