Well-being programs are sponsored by YourLife and the Office of Human Resources, Benefits. Programs are available to benefits-eligible faculty, staff, retirees and eligible family members. We encourage you to participate in these programs. Taking responsibility for one’s health and well-being is vital to getting the most out of your life and making valuable contributions to the mission of the University.

YourLife Fitness Classes

Identity Protection/InfoArmor
Northwestern provides free credit monitoring to members of the University community with InfoArmor. Read the comprehensive Q&A document and learn how to activate additional features.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a program for faculty and staff, is a network of services, including short-term counseling, to help you and your household family members cope with everyday life issues.
YourLife Nutrition Consultations
Schedule an appointment for a one-on-one nutrition consultation. These free 30 minute consultations can assist you with setting realistic nutrition goals and provide tips toward future progress.
Faculty Wellness Program
The Faculty Wellness Program offers free consultations for full Northwestern faculty members to identify appropriate resources for personal and professional concerns.

YourLife Wellness Grants
This program, sponsored by HR Benefits, provides wellness grants to support the physical, emotional or financial well-being of faculty and staff. They can be used for wellness activities, events and/or space.
