For many in our community, it has been a very challenging and stressful time emotionally. Mental health and trauma support services such as free short-term counseling and a library of assessments, articles, podcasts and webinars are available through our Employee Assistance Program. Services are available to faculty, staff and household members. Learn more

As the Northwestern wellness program, YourLife will create and sustain a culture that educates, motivates, and empowers faculty, staff and retirees, and their eligible family members, to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles.
