Welcome to the administrative site for the Office of Student Loans.
The Northwestern Student Loan Office located on the Evanston campus, processes and services the NU Loans, Perkins Loan, Primary Care Loans and Endowed Loans.
The Student Loan Office staff is available to answer questions regarding obligations or privileges under your loans, or any problems including making a scheduled payment.
The Student Loan Office consists of 4 units.
- Loan Administration representative's assists borrowers with deferments, cancellations, forbearances, economic hardships, rehabilitation and temp plans.
- Loan Accounting representative's assists with loan reconciliation,assignments, paid in full loans, loan sales, forbearances, loan refunds, phone payment and other accounting analysis.
- Loan Originations representative's assists borrowers with NU and Endowed loan applications, loan disbursements, and daily reconciliations in system processing and Exit interviews.
- Loan Services representative's assists borrowers with issues regarding a forbearance, deferment, rehabilitation, and FERPA or payment plan.
You may have received notification on a recent loan invoice regarding the transition to University Accounting Service (UAS), as your student loan servicer. This transition has been postponed until further notice. Once determined, the rescheduled date will be mailed, and posted to this webpage. Please continue to make your payments to Campus Partners. Login at www.mycampusloan.com to view your account or make a payment.
