The path between the Allen Center and the cooling pond will be closed from Jan. 29 through mid-February. The bridge at the south end of the lakefill will remain closed until Feb. 7. During this time, pedestrians can access the lakefill via Campus Drive, just south of the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion. Detour signs will be posted.
Winter Recess Coverage

Facilities will observe the University’s Winter Recess calendar, however, staff will continue providing campus coverage in support of ongoing operations and project activities. Urgent requests should be reported by calling 847-491-5201 (Evanston) or 312-503-8000 (Chicago). Emails or routine requests submitted via Facilities Connect will largely be unmonitored until the department returns to campus on January 2, 2025.
