Computer and Web Support

help buttonSAIT supports desktops, laptops, peripherals, software applications, and network resource permissions.
SAIT supports all of the Student Affairs Web sites apart from Health Services and Norris.

There are three methods to submit a request for support, assistance or questions:
  1. Submit your request for support using the Computer Support Form.
    Note: The Computer Support Form is available only to computers on the Northwestern network. If you are using a computer that is off-campus, you must connect via NU VPN before attempting to access the form.
  2. Submit your request for support by calling 7-SAIT (847-467-7248)
  3. Email sa-help@northwestern.edu

Status of Northwestern University Technical Systems and Services (NUIT)

The Status of University IT Services provides information about the management and reporting of regularly scheduled maintenance and service interruptions for Northwestern University technical systems and services.
