Association of Black Leaders

ABL is a program series facilitated by Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA) specifically tailored to support Black student organization leaders on campus. ABL was created as an initiative due to the need for a space that nurtures both Black racial identity development and leadership skills, catering to the unique needs of Black student leaders at Northwestern University. But that's not all! ABL also supports and welcomes students who exhibit leadership in other areas beyond student organizations. Additionally, ABL maintains a shared calendar of Black NU community events and programming.

Here's a glimpse of what's on our agenda for the year:

Quarterly Meetings with ABL Representative (Fall Quarter: October 18th)
Black Student Org Fair (Fall Quarter)
ABL Black History Month Collab Event (Winter Quarter)
Black Leadership Retreat Day (Spring Quarter)
