myHR Reporting Dashboard
The myHR Reporting Dashboard provides one place for easy access to reports currently housed in VISTA Plus, Payroll Expense Distribution (PED) reports, and some common public queries. For more information, see the Reporting Dashboard webpage.

New Personal Data Form
A new Personal Data Form has been published and should be used for all new hires beginning June 19. The form contains the following changes:
- New National Provider Identifier (NPI) field, which must be completed for all faculty physician hires. (Learn More)
- Removal of the "When did you first begin working at Northwestern?" question.
- Addional fields required in the Temporary Employees section, which eliminates the need for the Direct Temp Requisition Form.
- Slight rearrangement and re-wording of some fields to better streamline completion and data entry.
