How much funding can I apply for through SES One Form?

Funding is determined by each individual program or opportunity. SES One Form itself does not provide funding. SES One Form is a portal intended streamline and create visibility for existing funds across campus.

Does One Form offer financial assistance?

No, the SES One Form is simply an application portal that houses various funding opportunities and resources.

How do I apply for One Form?

Technically, you don't apply for One Form, rather you apply for a specific opportunity or resource THROUGH One Form. For example, you apply for the Student Activity Assistance Fund (SAAF) through One Form.

Can I apply for SES One Form more than once?

The short answer is yes. However, keep in mind that each fund has its own set of policy and procedures, that determine how much funding you can receive and how often you can apply. As such, we encourage you to research each funding opportunity in detail.

I submitted my application for One Form but haven't heard back. What should I do?

First, be sure that you completed BOTH the Basic Profile and the application for your specific funding request. If you did complete both of those steps, contact the manager of the specific fund that you’re applying for. That information can be found on this One Form Partners page.

My financial situation has changed. what should I do? Can I edit my One Form Profile?

Yes, you can edit your profile at any point. However, in addition to editing your profile, contact the individual fund managers to let them know that your financial situation has changed.
