Senior Project Administrator of Student Finance

Toni Marie Montgomery is currently a senior project administrator in student finance. Toni holds a bachelor's degree in biological science, a master's in business administration, a Northwestern University certificate in project management, and a host of professional development and leadership certificates. Before joining Northwestern University, she worked as a manager and training facilitator at Trans-Union.

Toni, as co-chair of the Northwestern Black Professional Network, plays a pivotal role in fostering open dialogue, leadership, and mentor-ship to enhance the NU black professional experience. Her leadership as the Director of Financial Services and Director of Dialogue has led to the successful implementation of numerous events that inspire members to take inspired actions.

Toni's commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident in her role as a coach, mentor, and sponsor in the women's mentoring program (ANUW) at Northwestern University. Her efforts in developing and launching this program are a testament to her dedication to fostering a supportive and
inclusive professional environment.

The President of Northwestern University appointed Toni to the 25-member leadership team. During her time in NUSAC (Northwestern University Staff Advisory Council), her cohort was responsible for the staff survey and winter recess.

Outside of Northwestern, Toni is active in her church and community. She is passionate about serving our youth. She supports the Holy Family Ministries school on the west side of Chicago. Toni has involved many black Northwestern students and senior leaders by talking to the students at their school and here on campus.
