Appeal a Ticket
Parking violations may be appealed to the Parking Committee, an independent body of faculty, staff and students. Appeals must be submitted on the Parking Ticket Appeal form. Appeals not submitted on the Parking Ticket Appeal form will not be accepted. Appeal forms may be obtained at the Parking Office or downloaded here. Appeals must be filed within 10 days of the violation date. Appeals received after the 10 day appeal period will not be accepted. Parking appeals will be reviewed by the Parking Committee on a quarterly basis, at minimum. Persons appealing tickets will be notified by mail of the Committee decision. All Parking Committee decisions are final. If the violation is not waived a $10.00 service charge may be added to the violation assessment.
