Policy for Event Hosts
University departments hosting events with expected parking exceeding 30 vehicles are required to notify Parking Services a minimum of seven days prior to the event.
Departments may not post signage for events without approval from the Parking Services Office.
Departments may not reserve parking lots -- priority for parking is given to faculty, staff and students with annual permits.
Departments hosting large events that may adversely affect daily parking -- as determined by Parking Services -- will be directed to park guests in a remote lot and and shuttle guests. Shuttles can be arranged through University Services.
