Massage: Shiatsu Acupressure for Everyone (3 weeks)

In this three week course you will learn simple time honored techniques designed to promote circulation, healthy function, relaxation, and a sense of well being. Using the map of Chinese/Japanese meridians and points, you will be guided through hands on methods that can be applied to yourself and others. We will have plenty of hands-on practice time. Traditional shiatsu is floor based and fully clothed, so wear comfortable loose and/or stretchy clothing, and bring clean socks, a yoga mat or beach towel, and a pillow if you like.

Nighttime Yoga (6 weeks)

Perfect for beginners and experts alike, Nighttime Yoga will emphasize long stretches, relaxation techniques, and guided meditation to calm the mind and ready each individual for a tranquil evening. Tap into your inner strength and reach for the stars. Remember to bring your own yoga mat and any props to assist your practice.

Yang Style Tai-Chi Quan (6 weeks)

Yang Lu-chuan was one of the best Gong Fu Masters 160 years ago in China, and Yang Style Tai Chi was practiced in Chinese imperial families to help princes and princesses to learn martial arts and live healthier lives. Practitioners of Tai Chi today present a form of martial arts as beautifully choreographed "dancing", and its health benefits include self-defense skills and stress relief among many other things.
