As the Desk Clerk at the Northeast Area Desk at Sargent, Jim is the first point of contact for the students and staff in 2303 Sheridan, 2307 Sheridan, 2313 Sheridan, Ayers, Bobb, Goodrich, Lindgren, McCulloch, Sargent, and Slivka. Jim provides customer service and support to the residents and staff. He troubleshoots lock problems, issues temporary key cards, liaises with facilities and lock shop personnel for lock issues, and refers students and staff to various department and campus resources.
Jim grew up in northwest Indiana but has lived in Chicago for the last 15 years. He obtained a BFA from Columbia College, so please stop by if you’d like to talk about photography, digital art, coffee, or his cats!
