Videoconferencing
The Qatar Support Office (QSO) facilitates intercampus videoconferencing. The QSO’s videoconferencing system at 1801 Maple Avenue on the Evanston Campus may be used by Evanston personnel and students for interviews, collaborative meetings, and other NU-Q-related purposes. Contact the QSO to schedule use of the videoconferencing equipment.
Conference Calls
The QSO supports international conference calls involving NU-Q and U.S. participants who are not stationed on the Evanston or Chicago campuses. NU-Q faculty or staff who would like to use the videoconferencing service may request dial-in instructions from the QSO, preferably at least 24 hours in advance (keeping in mind the Monday-Friday U.S. work week and time difference). In your request, please specify the expected timing and duration of the call, the anticipated number of participants, and the name and e-mail address of the call moderator.
