Tell us a bit about your Northwestern journey.
I started working for the School of Education and Social Policy (SESP) in June 2019 as a Program Assistant for the Office of Community Education Partnerships (OCEP). In August 2021 I took upon a new role at SESP working in the Dean’s Office as a Financial Administrator.
What do you find the most rewarding and fulfilling about your work?
What makes my job truly fulfilling is the ability to use my knowledge to help others in meaningful ways—whether that’s training new staff, answering questions, or just being a helpful resource.
Your favorite spot to visit on campus.
Café Coralie and I love walking along the lake.
What’s something you couldn’t function without?
Coffee and my family.
What’s on your bucket list?
I want to go back to Hawaii and take my mom to Alaska.
Interesting fact about you.
Polish was my first language, and I have a freckle in my right eye (also known as iris levi).
Any organizations in which you participate at Northwestern or elsewhere.
I’m part of a Polish nonprofit originating from my parents’ hometown in Bialy Dunajec, Poland. The organization helps collect and donate funds to families in need. I’m also part of multiple breast cancer awareness and research organizations that are near and dear to my heart.
