About Us

What We Do

The Northwestern University Staff Advisory Council (NUSAC) serves as an advisory voice and change-agent for Northwestern staff in matters relating to community engagement, professional opportunities, and workplace concerns. This is accomplished through active engagement with staff, the University President, the Office of Human Resources, and various senior administrators.

Who We Are

The Council is a group of 25 volunteer staff representatives from across Northwestern’s three main campuses. Members are selected through an application process led by current NUSAC membership and appointed by the President of the University.
