Joseph W. Daily (WCAS36) of Clearwater, Fla., was vice president for First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Clearwater until he retired. He and his wife, Louise Engstrom (WCAS38), celebrated their 61st anniversary in March. They are active and enjoy being with their two sons and nine grandchildren.

Roderick B. Holmgren (J37) of Carmel, Calif., and his wife, Alma, wrote Outrageous Fortunes (Jackson Press, 2001), profiling media billionaires worldwide and their impact on our culture. Author of The Mass Media Book (Prentice Hall, 1982), he became an editor of an international union paper and a journalism professor at the Graduate Institute of Journalism in Beijing. In 1937 he was the first recipient of the Harrington Memorial Award, given by the Medill School of Journalism. He pursued a career as a reporter, editor and producer of radio programs during his Northwestern years and in World War II.

James C. Miller (EB37, KGSM42) of Bradenton, Fla., and his wife, Phyllis, marked their 60th anniversary in April with a Caribbean cruise and a gala celebration at El Conquistador Country Club with friends. He is retired from Nabisco Confections in Danville, Ill.

Burton D. Morgan (McC38) of Hudson, Ohio, author and entrepreneur founded six corporations and a charitable foundation. His fifth book was Anecdotes (Summit Publishing Co., 2000), and he is working on a project to construct a global trade center in Mansfield, Ohio.
