Access Coordinator
Job Summary: The Access Coordinator position serves as a subject matter expert on the academic and on-campus housing ADA reasonable accommodation request process for students. Utilizing a thorough and timely process, daily functions include meeting with students with disabilities, reviewing medical and supplemental documentation, evaluating and determining requests for accommodations, and creating and maintaining case notes. The role collaborates with other ANU staff, coordinates with faculty, academic department leaders, and other campus liaisons, and leads campus trainings and outreach events. The Access Coordinator position ensures institutional compliance with federal, state, and local disability regulations.
Pay Range: The salary range for the AccessibleNU Access Coordinator position is $60,000-63,000 depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Custodial/Maintenance, 3rd Shift

Job Summary:
- Uses machines or other tools as needed to clean, renovate, and renew floor surface finishes; to sweep, dry mop, wet mop or machine scrub and wax floor; to sweep and shovel snow or remove debris from steps and walks; to vacuum rugs and carpets; to move furniture, office equipment, supplies, etc.
- Provides light maintenance services such as replacing light bulbs and lubricating locks etc.
- Collects and places in containers for removal by truck, debris removed from offices, lounges, hallways, lavatories, walks, steps and other rooms in buildings or houses.
- Cleans, dusts, washes and polishes furniture, exhibit cases, fixtures, doors, interior/exterior, glass, partitions, framed pictures, office equipment, trim and related furnishings.
- Cleans and services lavatories, toilet rooms, rest rooms, smoking urns, trays, and keeps units supplied with necessary items such as soap and towels.
- Reports any repair problems or negative conditions to supervisor.
- Responds to calls for emergency custodial service such as cleaning up spills, body fluids, broken glass, floods; responds to resident requests for linen, storage of items and/or luggage, etc.
The 3rd Shift Custodian/Maintenance Technician schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00PM-7:30AM
Pay: The pay rate for this position is $17.25-17.50 per hour.

Maintenance Supervisor, 2nd Shift
Job Summary:
Northwestern University is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor. The schedule for the position is Monday-Friday, 3:30PM to 12:00AM.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for high-quality general maintenance operations of Northwestern University’s student residence halls located on the Evanston campus. The primary job duties for the Maintenance Supervisor include responding to service requests, preventive maintenance programs, staff supervision, fulfilling work assignments, etc. while upholding safety and customer service standards.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $25.05 - 25.87 per hour.

Resident Director
Job Summary: Resident Directors (RDs) are professional staff members who live on campus and manage a residential area of approximately 350-700 students. Resident Directors supervise one Assistant Resident Director (ARD) and between 12 and 18 undergraduate or graduate Resident Assistants (RAs/GRAs). Resident Directors work as part of the Office of Residential Experience and collaborate with the broader Residential Services team to foster aresidential community that fulfills the mission, vision, and goals of the Division of Student Affairs. RDs promote student agency and accountability while empowering residents to make healthy, informed decisions. RDs also facilitate opportunities that support students' academic success, personal development, and well-being. This position includes working with students, staff, and faculty from a variety of different backgrounds in a rigorous academic environment.
Frequent evening and weekend availability are essential and expected.
Compensation: The pay for the Resident Director position is $51,346 per year. Resident Directors also receive housing accommodations and a meal plan to use when the campus dining halls are open.
