Undergraduate Room Rates & Social Dues
On this page you will find room rates for the 2025-2026 academic year and then the 2026-2027 academic year. Be sure to check the correct table for the year you are interested in learning more about.
Housing Room Rates 2025-2026
Rates listed are for the entire academic year (Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters). Payment for each quarter is due in advance, in accordance with the University’s quarterly payment due dates. For the quarterly rate, divide the annual rate by three.
Most undergraduate residence halls, residential colleges, and special interest communities close for Winter Break. Students who contracted for continuous housing in 710 Emerson, 1856 Orrington, or 1871 Orrington will be charged an additional amount for room and food costs the winter break period. Very limited, if any, options for Winter Break housing will be available for undergraduate students who are not enrolled in continuous housing. All undergraduate housing remains open during Spring Break.
