2020 BIG TEN COUNSELING CENTERS CONFERENCE

There are no additional fees to attend the planned welcome reception, tour, or dinner; however confirmation of your attendance and meal selections when applicable is required & requested during this online registration process. These events may be based on availability for individuals needing to register onsite.

If you are not affiliated with a Big Ten Counseling Center, you must be presenting with a member of a Big Ten Counseling Center in order to register for the conference.

Travel & Accommodations

Travel and ground transportation to the conference at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and hotel accommodations are not included in the posted fees and are the responsibility of the attendee. Please visit the primary conference website for additional information.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to c-cox@northwestern.edu.
• Cancellation requests received on or before February 3, 2020 are refundable, less a fee of $25.00.
• No refunds will be administered for requests received after February 3, 2020
• Substitutions may be permitted at no additional cost provided notification is sent to c-cox@northwestern.edu prior to the conference start date.
