Registration Checklist

Before you begin, be sure you have access to the information in the list below. You will also be asked to upload completed documents. Blank versions or templates are available at the links included in this list.

  • Organization information (name, description, social media Links, contact information, advisor contact information, profile picture)
  • Interests and Categories the organization falls under
  • Organization constitution
  • Outline of major events/programming/work organization has done in the past year
  • Knowledge of whether the organization works with people under the age of 18 (other than Northwestern undergraduates)
  • Knowledge of whether the organization intends to travel during the upcoming year
  • Knowledge of requirements for general membership
  • Application for general membership (if applicable)
  • Advisor contract
  • RSO Leadership Transition Form (PDF)
  • Contact information of the two primary officers (president and treasurer)
  • Information about executive board and general member meeting times and locations (if applicable)
  • Full roster update including all officers, members, inviting new members to be added, and removing expired members
