Northwestern Alumni Association Meeting

In ongoing efforts to solicit community feedback, Provost Linzer met with the Northwestern Alumni Association Board members at the 2010 NAA Spring Board Meeting. Outlining the process to date as well as the goal of having an ambitious and specific plan to help guide Northwestern, he explained that the planning workgroups were now meeting and open to suggestions from the community. With that, the board members divided into seven groups, mirroring the seven established workgroups, and discussed the issues outlined in the Planning Framework. In addition to identifying priorities and making recommendations, the groups also suggested how to best engage alumni in executing the plan. Leaders from each breakout presented to the entire board and suggestions were brought back to the workgroups for consideration.
