Below are the forms needed for each position

  • Community Assistant

  • Mail Services Program
    • Mail Clerk Position Description
    • Mail Clerk Application
    • Especially for applicants who have worked as a mailroom clerk previously, please note the major differences from last year:
      1. The position description now says, "Note: any mailroom clerk applicant with a judicial history at Northwestern University might need to meet with the Assistant Director of University Residential Life to discuss that history and the potential impact that may have on the applicant’s candidacy."
      2. The position description also includes, "During finals week for each quarter the mailroom clerk is employed, he or she must work at least half of his or her regularly scheduled hours unless he or she receives prior permission from a mailroom manager, the mailroom coordinator, or the Assistant Director of University Residential Life.
      3. The application must be completed but returning mailroom clerks do not need to answer the first six "essay" questions.
