Important Dates
Once you have been selected as a Peer Adviser, you are expected to attend all trainings during the spring and fall. If academic classes, family emergencies, or illness interferes with your scheduled training, please contact your Board member.
All Staff Spring Trainings
Wednesday, March 7: 8:30-10 p.m.- Wednesday, March 28: 6-9 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 30: 6-9 p.m.
Spring PA Classes
- PAs will be assigned to one section of the Peer Adviser Leadership and Training course held bi-weekly during the spring quarter. The course will be led be one Board member and will be assigned based on academic schedules.
- PAs will also be asked to sign up to attend a Red Watch Band two-hour training session during the spring. These session dates will be made available at a later time.

Fall Training
- September 16-19, 2012
Wildcat Welcome
2012/Move-In Day will begin Thursday, September 20 at 7am and PA responsibilities will end Wednesday, September 26 around 8pm.
Jewish Holidays
For 2012, two Jewish holidays overlap with Fall Peer Adviser training and Wildcat Welcome. The Office of New Student and Family Programs will work to find an alternate schedule for Peer Advisers who observe these holidays. This should not impact your decision to apply and does not impact the final selection decision.
