Asian/Asian American Student Affairs
Welcome to Asian/Asian American Student Affairs (A/AASA)! We hope that this page offers a glimpse into the Asian/Asian American community at Northwestern. Through various programs, outreach, and advising, A/AASA professional and support staff assists students in making the most of their experience at Northwestern and in the surrounding Evanston and Chicago communities. We encourage students to explore, celebrate, and develop their individual identities while also maturing in other areas including their academic studies, social lives, and career preparation.
A/AASA collaborates with the three other units within Multicultural Student Affairs, AASA, H/LSA, and the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center, as well as various departments across campus to ensure a positive student experience.
If you have any questions please contact Louie Lainez, Director of Asian/Asian American Student Affairs.
Make A Gift
Please consider making a financial donation to Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA), one of the four MSA departments or one of our two large facilities. Your gift will truly make a big difference in the lives of our students during their time here at Northwestern University. Your donation to MSA helps us continue to build our community through education, advocacy, and opportunities. No matter how large or small, your contribution is a pledge to support MSA’s commitment to student success. On behalf of the students we serve, thanks in advance for your generosity! Visit the MSA gift page to make a gift.
