Add Exam Request

After you have completed the following steps:

• Login to Check for Alternative Testing
• Selecting a Class for Alternative Testing
• Terms & Conditions of Test-Scheduling
• Test Details

You must read and check the Term(s)and Condition(s) box. When you are finished, click Add Exam Request

Repeat the following steps for each additional test you wish to make a request for alternative testing.

• Login to Check for Alternative Testing
• Selecting a Class for Alternative Testing
• Terms & Conditions of Exam-Scheduling
• Exam Detail
• Add Exam Request

Late Requests

If you have not submitted your Exam Request in enough time, then you must fill in the Late Exam Request and specify your reason for turning in a a late request.

Warnings: If SSD does not have adequate space to proctor an exam requested late, you will be required to take your exam with the class without accommodations. Moreover, exams are less likely to be delivered to SSD on time when requested late.
