What We Can Learn from Superagers

Northwestern researchers study brains to better understand memory, aging and the human spirit.  Clinical neuropsychologist Tamar Gefen from the Mesulam Center for Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease helps lead the center’s SuperAging Program, which studies older individuals with exceptional memories.

From Lab to Life

Transforming discoveries into lasting innovations.

Northwestern cultivates a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem for faculty and students, driven by the Innovation and New Ventures Office (INVO). INVO manages intellectual property and assists faculty in launching companies through the state-of-the-art Querrey InQbation Lab. Students thrive at The Garage, a dynamic hub for incubating ideas and accessing essential support.

Innovation & New Ventures Office (INVO)

INVO is responsible for the overall stewardship of the University's intellectual property assets including patent application, prosecution, licensing, compliance, and enforcement.
