Become a Moderator
Sustained Dialogue groups are co-moderated by two student facilitators (undergraduate or graduate students) who have completed at least 1 quarter of Sustained Dialogue as a participant. Training for moderators typically happens in a two-day retreat format in the Winter quarter. Moderators attend bi-weekly team meetings throughout the quarter to learn facilitation strategies and connect with other moderators about the progress of their groups. Every moderator receives an honorarium at the end of the quarter as compensation for their time and labor.
