Increase in Length of Time that a Supplier Record Remains Active

Effective immediately, supplier IDs will remain active for 24 months, up from 18 months. As long as a supplier is used at least once every 24 months the record will stay active indefinitely. This change will make things easier for departments and schools, especially when making payments to those individuals and companies that may not be paid annually.
