Making its debut is an expanded Leadership Development curriculum, a response to the University's call for breakthrough innovation through teaching and research.

The curriculum is designed to amplify strong positive leadership at all levels of the organization. Each population will find a progression of learning suited to their role, represented by the ideas Lead Yourself (Individual Leadership), Lead Others (Manager Leadership), and Lead Organization (Unit Leadership).
