Global Strategic Planning

Accelerating Northwestern’s Globalization

Planning Progress

The global strategic planning process is underway, with broad participation across the University

Leadership from faculty and administrators in all schools are participating, with more than 200 faculty, administrators, staff, students, alumni and global thought leaders actively involved. Through this process, we have identified a mission statement, challenge statement and vision upon which the global strategic planning process will be built.

jonathan-holloway.jpgThe Northwestern Global Strategic Plan will articulate university-wide priorities and set a course for action and impact. We are not starting from scratch, but rather are building on extensive work across the University, amplifying our remarkable achievements and stellar global reputation in numerous fields. We intend for this process to provide us with shared goals and a clear strategy for our next phase of growth.
