How we can help
After a grant is awarded, we help manage grants by:
- Sending report reminders for narrative and financial reports, approximately six weeks prior to the due date
- Reviewing annual and final narrative reports
- Coordinating foundation site visits
- Advising on how to ask the foundation for:
- a no-cost extension,
- budget reallocation, or
- other grant modifications
Once received, please forward a copy of your award letter to email@example.com, so that we can include your grant in our reminder system.
Change in terms
If the terms of a grant change, please forward supporting documents to firstname.lastname@example.org, so that grant reminders and other grant stewardship activities can be adjusted accordingly.
