Student Vaccine Update

Dear Northwestern students,

As vaccination numbers continue to increase around the country, we are encouraged that the majority of students have received at least a first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine from Northwestern or elsewhere.  

We continue to invite all Northwestern students to our Evanston campus vaccination clinics. Also, as we recently announced, Northwestern students can register for vaccines through Northwestern Medicine.  

If you still require a first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, please complete this sign-up form, and you will be invited to a future vaccination event on Northwestern’s campus. We will not send you additional invites unless you complete the form. 

If you are having difficulty making arrangements for your second vaccine dose and did not receive your first dose through Northwestern, please contact Northwestern Health Service to discuss options.
