Vaccine appointments with Northwestern Medicine for Northwestern students, faculty and staff

Dear students, faculty and staff,

As part of our ongoing partnership with Northwestern Medicine (NM), Northwestern students, faculty and staff will begin receiving invitations from NM to make vaccination appointments with NM over the next few days. 

The invitations will be distributed as follows:

• If you have a MyNM account, you will receive an email notification and can schedule on MyNM.
• If you do not have a MyNM account, the invitation will come by phone, text or email and will include an access code and a link to a website to use for scheduling. 

Northwestern will continue to operate the on-campus vaccination clinic at Norris for those who do not have easy access to transportation to get to a NM location. For that clinic, separate invitations will be sent as vaccine appointments on-campus are available.  

If you have already been vaccinated elsewhere or have an upcoming appointment scheduled, you do not need to take any action related to the invitation from NM. 

We greatly appreciate the continued support and partnership offered by NM, and encourage the Northwestern community to take advantage of this opportunity if you still need to be vaccinated.
