Permit Rates

Daily permits cost $8.25 for visitors, faculty, staff and students.  Daily permits are non-refundable.  Monthly ($43.75) and quarterly ($131.25) permits also are available for faculty and staff (cash, check or credit card payment only--short term permits are not eligible for pretax payroll deduction).

Annual Permits (rates effective 9/1/14)

Annual permits start Oct. 1 and expire Sept. 30 of the following year. 

  • Faculty & staff full time: $525.00
    The rate decreases by $43.75 each month after October. Paid via pretax payroll deduction.
  • Faculty & staff part-time: $334.80
    The rate decreases by $27.90 each month after October. The part-time permit is 50% off the base component of the annual fee plus City tax. Employees working 20 hours or less per week as determined by Human Resources are eligible for this rate. Paid via pretax payroll deduction. 
  • Student (Annual): $525.00
    The rate decreases by $43.75 each month after October. Billed to student account. 
  • Student (Academic Year): $446.40
    Expires the day after commencement. The rate decreases by $49.60 each month after October. Billed to student account. 
  • SPAC: $337.80
    The rate decreases by $27.90 each month after October. 
  • Motorcycle: $334.80
    The rate decreases by $27.90 each month after October. No charge to regular annual permit holder. 
  • EMP: $334.80
    For students in the Executive Master’s Programs. The rate decreases by $27.90 each month after October. 
  • Ryan Field Remote Parking: $25.00
    Affordable option for parking near campus. Free shuttle available. Can be billed to a student account. Faculty/staff payroll deduction is not available for Ryan permits.  Non-refundable.
