SCAPE: Service Day

SITE SELECTION IS NOW CLOSED. YOUR SCAPE SITE WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR PERSONALIZED WILDCAT WELCOME SCHEDULE (AVAILABLE WHEN YOU ARRIVE ON SEPTEMBER 20). THOSE WHO DID NOT SELECT A SITE WILL BE RANDOMLY ASSIGNED.

SCAPE (Serving Communities And Promoting Engagement) is the service day for all new students and Peer Advisers during Wildcat Welcome. On Sunday, September 23 beginning at 1 pm, SCAPE will have 2,400 students go out in Evanston and the Chicagoland area; students will truly serve the communities they call home during their tenure at Northwestern. This Essential NU is the largest service project in Northwestern history and we cannot wait for the Class of 2016 and new transfer students to make this a terrific experience. All new students are expected to participate in this historic event.
