You must complete this form and receive an approval from the MCC staff. You no longer have to complete the grid.
Failure to comply with any of these regulations may result in your group losing room reservation privileges.
Grace period:
For meetings of one hour or less, there is a grace period of 15 minutes. If you do not show up after 15 minutes, your space will be given to any person or group needing the space. For meetings longer than an hour, the grace period is 30 minutes.
Reservation changes:
If you need to make changes to your reservation, please mark the changes on this form.
The Multicultural Student Affairs (MSA) staff reserves the right to modify reservations in order to accommodate multiple groups using the house during the same time. You will be contacted if such changes need to be made.
IMPORTANT
Please refrain from advertising your event for this venue until you receive email notification that the event has been approved.
Room reservations should be made preferably two weeks in advance.
Notification of approval will be sent via email within 24 hours.
Every effort will be made to grant your request for space, however please be aware that your request must fall within the guidelines of University and MSA policy, and that preference will be given to those groups who submit their reservation forms first for a specific space.
