Licensing & Trademarks
If your group plans to order and distribute products, such as t-shirts, that include the NU name, logos, and other likeness, you are required by the University to abide by regulations of the Trademark Licensing Office and use manufacturers licensed by this office.

Tax-Exemption Number & Forms
As a non-profit institution, NU is tax exempt. So whenever you make purchases for your group, you should present the tax-exemption number to the vendor or business. Some vendors just need the number while many will request that you present a form. If you need the number and/or form, download and present this form to them:

Motor Pool is the University department that rents out cars and vans for student group use on trips.

Tables, Chairs & Stages
For both of our two buildings, all furniture (including tables, chairs, and couches) must remain inside the building and are not to be removed for any reason or occasion unless supervised by any of the MSA staff.
To reserve tables, chairs, and stages for non-Norris programs, you may use one of two local rental services that deliver and pickup:
