		Lost Keys Policy

		Lost keys can be replaced at the housekeeping office in the Foster-Walker Complex (1927 Orrington Avenue, phone 847-491-5101). Housekeeping office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. If you lose your room key, we must change the lock, for which you will be charged $125. The charge for replacing a lost front door or security door key is $25; the charge for replacing a lost mailbox key is $6.
