New User Access to NUFinancials, InfoEd, Cognos & FAMIS
For access to any or all Café Systems fill out a General Security Access Form, acquire the proper signatures, and send it to Café Security by one of the following methods:

- Fax - 847-467-3070
- Campus Mail- Financial Operations IT, 619 Clark Rm 118 - Evanston Campus
A valid NetID is required of all new users including employees, affiliates, and temporary workers. In order to be a Shopper in IBuyNU and to access the Expense Reimbursement module, a valid Employee ID is also required.
Please note- If a new user requires the Requester role in NUFinancials a Ship To code must also be selected.
