Printing Faculty Notification Letter in PDF

Prior to fall 2012, students and faculty were accustomed to hand-delivery of accommodation letters by students. A few faculty may still want a hard copy of your letter, and you may want a copy of your letter for your records. However, the hope is that faculty and students will generally not require hard copies of letters.

If you or an instructor would nevertheless like a pdf or printout of your accommodation notification, the procedures are articulated below.

1. In the main content of your dashboard, below any important messages or information release content, locate "Printing Faculty Notification Letter in PDF."
2. Choose from the drop-down menu with the label "select class" the class fo which you would like to print out the accommodation letter.
3. Press the "Generate PDF" button.
4. A PDF will be generated and downloaded to your computer. It may take up to 10 seconds.

After Printing Faculty Notifications

One nice thing about having a printout of your accommodation notification is that you have something in-hand when you approach your instructor. Regardless of whether you  rely on email notifications (preferred method) or make a printout to hand-deliver, follow up with your instructor to discuss testing arrangements.
