Dear Northwestern Student:

The Office of University Chaplains would like to help you learn more about religious life on campus.  I encourage you to fill out an electronic form. It will take only a few seconds to indicate your religious affiliation and which groups you would like to know more about.

Please take moment to complete our Student Religious Affiliation form.

This form is, of course, voluntary. The Office of the University Chaplain will maintain confidential records of religious affiliation.  The information will be shared with religious groups that you indicate, so that they may contact you and provide information about their programs and activities. (You will need to enter your NetID and password to complete the form)

Northwestern is an exciting and challenging place of teaching, learning, extracurricular activities, and social life. A vital part of the vibrant environment on campus comes from the many religious groups here. They can offer you a supportive environment, new friends and opportunities to deepen your understanding of your own religious tradition.

I am always eager to meet students. Please feel free to visit the Office of the University Chaplains, located in the Alice Millar Chapel and Religious Center, at any time.
